Auditions for the fall play, Clue, will be held on August 10th after school in room F47. Please bring a memorized 45-60 second monologue that fits the comedic murder mystery genre. Callbacks will be held on August 11th, and if you have any questions or concerns, see Ms. Elliott.
If you need to change your schedule, please fill out the request form. Continue going to all classes until you receive a confirmation of change from your counselor.
Welcome Back! We will start the day tomorrow with a 30 minute homeroom, so report to your homeroom teacher by 8:40. Schedules will be passed out, and attendance will be taken. We can't wait to see you back at DWD!
9th grade registration is Monday, July 25 from 1:00-5:00. This is a drop-in style event with no set program. Students can pick up your schedule, register online, pay fees, submit proof of residency, and take tours of the building.
Interested in playing a fall sport at DWD? Please note the official start date for each sport and the contact information. You will need to upload the necessary paperwork, including a physical, to PlanetHS before you can participate in any sport. You can find the link to start the process on www.Danielathletics.com under the "More" tab at the top.
DHS will host meet the teacher night on Thursday, July 28 from 5:30-7:00. Meet your teachers, tour the school, and find your classes. You will be able to pickup your schedule here if you weren't able to attend registration.
Registration for 22-23 begins Wednesday, July 20. Students may pick up schedules, complete the online registration, pay fees, get Chromebooks (10th-12th graders), pick up textbooks and more. Ninth graders will be able to take tours of the school.
We hope you have a safe and restful Independence Day. Our offices will be closed this week. We will reopen Monday, July 11 at 8am.
